About Mindy
With a deep commitment to growth and real-life change, Mindy supports individuals and families as they navigate trauma, substance use, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
Her work is rooted in a trauma-informed, coaching-based approach that focuses on understanding patterns, building awareness, and creating practical, sustainable change.
This work isn’t about fixing you. It’s about understanding what you’ve been carrying, where it came from, and learning how to move forward in a way that actually feels aligned.
Many of the struggles people face are rooted in patterns shaped by past experiences. By bringing awareness to those patterns, it becomes possible to shift how you respond, strengthen your sense of self, and create healthier relationships.
Her approach is direct, compassionate, and grounded. She creates a space where you can show up honestly, without judgment, and begin looking at things in a way that finally makes sense.
“I believe in creating authentic connections. People deserve a space where they can take off the mask, be real about what they’re carrying, and start seeing things in a way that actually makes sense. It’s not always easy, but that’s where change begins.”
Drawing from both professional training and personal life experience, Mindy brings a level of understanding that allows her to meet people where they are while still helping them move forward.
