Payment, Rates & Terms

We strive for transparency and flexibility in our pricing and policies. Please review the information below regarding rates, payment options, and cancellation terms:

Session Rates:
    •    60-Minute Introductory Session*: $100.00 USD

*Required for first-time clients to ensure we’re a good fit before scheduling ongoing sessions.
    •    60-Minute Individual Session: $105.00 USD
    •    Discounted Package(4 Prepaid Sessions): $95.00 USD per session ($380.00 USD for the package)
    •    Customized Events/Retreats/Training: Priced individually based on event details. Please contact us directly for more information.

Payment Terms:
    •    Payment is due at the time of booking.
    •    Accepted payment methods: Venmo or PayPal.
     •    For individual sessions or introductory sessions, PayPal payments can be made directly through the booking link.
     •    If you wish to pay via Venmo or purchase a discounted package, please contact us directly via email, phone/text, or social media.
    •    Prepaid sessions and packages expire 1 year from the date of purchase. No refunds will be issued after the expiration date.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

•    24-hour advance notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiting the session and payment.
    •    Please honor our time together. For cancellation or reschedule instructions, please refer to your appointment confirmation email or calendar link.

Late Arrival & No-Show Policy:
    •    Late arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a “no-show” and your appointment will be automatically canceled. The session fee will be forfeited.
    •    Introductory consultations: If you miss or are late to an introductory consultation, individual session rates will apply to the rescheduled appointment.

Insurance:
At this time, insurance is not accepted for payment.

Mandatory Reporting:
In accordance with state and federal law, I am a mandatory reporter. This means that while I respect the privacy of all individuals I work with, there are specific situations in which I am legally required to make a report to the appropriate authorities. These situations include:

• Suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation of a child, elderly person, or vulnerable adult
• Threats of serious harm to self or others
• Other circumstances as required by law

Outside of these exceptions, information shared will remain private.

Scope of Services

Services are coaching-based and focused on support, education, and personal growth. They do not include therapy, diagnosis, or clinical treatment. Referrals to licensed professionals will be provided when appropriate.

Crisis Support

If you are in crisis or experiencing thoughts of harm to yourself or others, call 911, contact 988, or go to the nearest emergency room.

When Additional Support May Be Needed

Referrals may be recommended if:

  • you are in active crisis

  • symptoms are significantly impacting daily functioning

  • there is ongoing physical danger

  • medical detox or intensive treatment is needed

  • you are under 18

Client Responsibility

You are responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes. Coaching is a collaborative process and results are not guaranteed.
